Buy badges for your event, no setup
Pay for 10 to 499 badges online: no drop location, no listing, no approval. You get one single-use claim code per badge to hand out; each attendee designs their own badge for free, and we ship every claimed badge to you in one parcel. Claim deadline 42 days before your event.

Register your event
Sign in with your email and add your event. Public events appear on the MeetBadge events page right away, with their own page.

Add quests and prizes
From your host dashboard: free quests for attendees, a live leaderboard and prizes with official rules.

Attendees swap contacts
Tap the card or scan the code to swap contacts and check in. Each badge opens the attendee's chosen social profile.

Optionally cover their badges
Pay for a batch of badges. Attendees claim theirs with your link or a one-time code, then pick them up at your event.

Create your quests in the host dashboard, then order tags for each one. We print and program every tag for its quest, label it with the quest name and ship it ready to place: stick it on a booth, a wall or a door, or stand it on a table. Attendees tap it with their phone, no app needed. The QR code on the label opens the quest page. Packs of 5, 10 or 25; ordering opens in the host dashboard soon.

Covering badges for attendees
- MeetBadge badges from $39 each (minimum 10) with volume pricing: 10–49 at $39, 50–99 at $35, 100–249 at $32, 250–499 at $29; 500+ by custom quote (hello@meetbadge.io). The whole order gets the price of the tier it reaches. Plus one flat $25 bulk shipment to your venue. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- Holder Edition badges for NFT holders: 10–49 at $49, 50–99 at $44, 100–249 at $40, 250–499 at $36; 500+ by custom quote. Same breakpoints and the same % off as General, starting from the regular Holder Edition price. Pick which collections qualify (BAYC and MAYC by default); buy General, Holder Edition or a mix, each priced by its own quantity.
- After payment you get both a shareable claim link (good for your number of badges in total) and a CSV of one-time codes. Use whichever suits your event.
- Attendees pick their colourway, add their name, title, company and a social link, and pay nothing. No shipping address: badges come in your bulk drop.
- Claims close 42 days before your event starts so we can produce and ship in time. We show the deadline on every claim page.
- Unclaimed badges after the deadline: you can ask for a refund for them. See the event host terms.

Number of badges
Choose General Badges, Holder Edition Badges, or a mix. Each badge type is priced by its own quantity: the General line gets the General tier its quantity reaches and the Holder Edition line gets the Holder tier its quantity reaches (they don't add up to a shared tier). Each type you include needs at least 10; enter 0 to leave a type out. One bulk shipment covers both.

Co-branded badges
Your event on the front
For larger events we can put your event logo in the top band (a 44 × 15 mm area) with the event name and dates, and a small “Powered by MeetBadge” in the footer. The back reads “Your Event | MeetBadge”. Co-branded runs are quoted per event: email hello@meetbadge.io.

A drop location lets attendees pick up badges at your venue. The quickest way: register your event, then choose Drop location in its dashboard. Everything (listing, codes, quests, prizes) stays in one place.
