Buy badges for your event

Pay for 10 to 499 badges upfront and get one single-use claim code per badge. You choose who gets one; each attendee uses theirs to design their own NFC badge for free: their name, a photo or X picture and their social links. We make every claimed badge and ship them all to you in one parcel to hand out at the event.

2. Your event
Pick your event date: the claim deadline is 42 days before it (our production and shipping lead time).
3. Ship to

Where we ship every claimed badge in one parcel: your office, home or the venue (any US address). You can change it on your order page until the batch goes to production. Attendees never see it.

Unclaimed badges aren't refunded. Whatever is claimed by the deadline (even a single badge) is made and shipped; if nobody claims one, nothing ships and the order closes.

Secure checkout by Stripe (card or Link), charged now. Your claim codes are ready right after, on your order page (we email you the link). No drop location or approval needed. See the host order terms.

After you pay

  1. We email you a link to your private order page with your claim codes (one per badge, each works once) and your claim deadline.
  2. Hand out the codes: email them to attendees from your order page, print QR cards, or download a CSV. Each attendee claims a badge with their code at meetbadge.io/claim and designs it: name, photo or X picture, at least one social link.
  3. Attendees claim their badge with their own single-use code until the claim deadline, 42 days before your event (our production and shipping lead time). As soon as every badge is claimed, or at the deadline, whichever comes first, we make all the claimed badges and ship them together in one parcel to your address, in time for the event. You can also send the batch to print early from your order page.
  4. We email you a reminder 3 days before the deadline with how many codes are still unused, when the batch goes to print, and the tracking number when it ships.

Good to know

  • Unclaimed badges aren't refunded. Whatever is claimed by the deadline (even a single badge) is made and shipped; if nobody claims one, nothing ships and the order closes.
  • Your event must be at least 45 days away (42 days to make and ship, plus time to claim). Sooner? Email us about a rush order.
  • Each badge: NTAG424 NFC chip, QR code on the back, clear hard case and a swamp-green breakaway lanyard.
